About Me

Hi, I’m Marissa.

I am a Research Psychologist, Coach, Speaker and emotional education specialist. I help individuals, teens, couples, and organizations better understand themselves by decoding what truly drives us: our emotions, our thoughts, and the intricate patterns shaped by the brain.

With a background in research psychology, organizational development, emotional intelligence, and conscious parenting, I guide clients through personal and professional transformation. My approach blends coaching and counselling into one integrated, educational framework—rooted in science, shaped by experience, and designed to empower lasting growth.

Before entering the world of psychology, I spent over a decade as a successful television presenter in Indonesia. That experience taught me the power of authentic communication, emotional presence, and human connection—skills that now inform how I engage with clients and audiences alike.

My coaching and counselling work is grounded in emotional clarity, mindset training, and soft skill development—helping people shift from emotional overwhelm into deeper self-awareness, stronger relationships, and more confident decision-making.

Emotional support for parents and families.

As a mother of two, I understand the emotional complexity of parenting—especially the challenge of balancing your own needs while supporting your children’s emotional development. I work closely with both teens and parents, offering a safe, supportive space to unpack emotions, improve communication, and build emotional resilience.

Whether it’s helping a teen make sense of who they are, or supporting a parent in becoming more grounded and connected, I guide families through the ups and downs with a blend of psychology, compassion, and practical tools. Because when we understand our emotional world, we show up more fully—for ourselves, and for the people we love most.
